Jeff Boyd is the author of two novels: The Weight, published by Simon & Schuster in 2023, and Hard Times, forthcoming from Flatiron.

A former public school teacher from Chicago, he is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. He lives in New York with his family.
